Our Return & Refund Policy
We want every Golden Retriever puppy to find their forever home. We also understand that life changes. Here's our policy to ensure fair treatment for both families and puppies.
Our Commitment
Deposits
- A deposit is required to reserve a Golden Retriever puppy
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another puppy
- If we are unable to provide your reserved puppy, your deposit is fully refunded or transferred
Returns Within the First 72 Hours
If something unexpected happens within 72 hours of pickup or delivery:
- The puppy must be returned in the same health condition
- A partial refund may be issued minus the deposit and any shipping costs
- Please provide veterinary records from your first wellness visit
Health-Related Returns
If your Golden Retriever is diagnosed with a genetic health condition covered by our guarantee:
- Contact us right away with veterinary documentation
- We work with you to find the best path forward
- Options may include a replacement puppy, partial refund, or assistance with veterinary costs
Not Covered
- Health issues caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care
- Conditions resulting from failure to continue vaccinations
- Issues from improper nutrition or over-exercise before full growth
- Behavioral issues (we are still happy to offer free guidance)
Rehoming Assistance
If you can no longer keep your Golden Retriever, we can help:
- Guidance through the rehoming process
- Help finding a carefully vetted new home
- Assistance listing through our breeder and owner network
